I'm very new to Max and I'm trying to get my webcam connected. I found the Tutorial 21 which was fairly relevant, however I have no idea how to get my webcam on my Mac computer connected. Could anyone provide a screen shot of what I need to do?

Are you having hardware problems? Otherwise, the mac webcam is always ready to to go. It just needs to be asked for an image. jit.grab is the Max object which does that.

Send jit.grab an "open" message and bang it. Each time it's banged, it grabs an image. If it's banged repeatedly, you get video.
