I would like to do an interaction with a webcam and a video. The webcam will track the position of the hand and, at the same time this movement has to create a noise video effect like pixel sorting or something like a grainy effect.

I saw that there are many tutorials on motion tracking and I found what I need but then I didn't know how to proceed.

I upload a patch...I try with xray.jit.water even if it's not the effect I want but above all it seems that the effect is on another layer, not on the video.

1) how can I have the noise effect (pixel sorting, grainy effect or glitch b/w)

2) how can I apply th effect on the video, following the motion of the hand and without appearing on another layer following
