What does Max ITM time mean?

Does it mean time values like 4nd, 8n, etc?

Yes it includes working with those values, but in general stands for 'Internal Time Management' system(if i remember correctly, someone please correct me if i'm wrong). The general system includes those messages for easy metrical-timing solutions, but also incorporates all the objects that can use them and be synced-to or used with 'transport'(metro, translate, etc. and any signal-rate objects that take timing arguments like phasor~, rate~, etc.) Clearest description i've found is actually in the API: https://cycling74.com/sdk/MaxSDK-6.0.4/html/chapter_itm.html (but you don't really need to know all that, you could just learn from the included help docs like these: https://docs.cycling74.com/max7/vignettes/timing_events_topic) (☝️HAHA! "How can I possibly compose the next 'Williams Mix' without a timeline?" πŸ˜†πŸ˜† I'm guessing Gregory or Les wrote that one 😁)
