windows 10 system tweaking for Max installation

Hi List,

I am preparing an 2ch video 14 ch audio, midi, udp network installation based on Max which runs for many month on a windows 10 server without internet connection. I still habe some issues which I didn't solve yet. I have been also working with Dataton Watchout before and Dataton kindly provides a pdf which tweaks windows for the use of their Display Computers see https://cdn.dataton.com/Files-PDF-etc/content_offers/WATCHOUT-Windows_10_Enterprise_Tweaking_Guide.pdf?mtime=20180615134405 These Computers are optimized for Video Display (CPU,GPU) local Network communication (to transfer Media and for use of NDI, but no www!)
this guide is based on win enterprise and it is helpful for certain settings. I am looking for a recent document where all tricks are listed, optimized for Max based on win 10 pro, for a server which is only there for this application.
Information on:
- really disable all notifications via registry
-install win without a MS account
-unsinstall unnecessary stuff like OneDrive, xbox...
-no welcome screen
-speed optimization
-start and shutdown automatically
-disable unnecessary network communication
...
If there is no such guide around maybe we can compile or extend one via this community, I am happy to share my knowledge I got so far.
