Is it possible to get x y z coordinates data from the builtin computer camera (Macbook) ?

I used a couple of time xbox kinect camera and could track well the cordinates of a person in the frame.

Now I want to get coordinates data from the computer (or any simple webcam) camera as I don't have access to kinect.
