ehyyyyyyy ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿ˜Ž

i've been listening to so much Autechre lately(they been saving my soul during the pandemic)... named this in honor of them, and because the tracks get quite binaurally beaty ๐Ÿ˜‹

you can download for free if you like, it involves mc.train~, into mc.delay~ to create fast rhythmic iterations of clicks which trigger other things, when mixed down to stereo, makes for some thick, juicy binaural beats... somewhat literally(they get more beat-oriented as you get nearer to the end of the EP):

more importantly, although this is not the most organized form of sharing, here's the patch i used to make all of the tracks with, if you have audio on, it should load up at '-24' on the live-gain~ output labelled, "MainOut", near the bottom left of the patch(but your output is protected by limi~ well before that as well)... and then it will fade up to full volume from there gradually giving you time to adjust your volume if you need to(the patch is loud, though, so be prepared). apologies for how messy it is:

Raja you made my day. Nothing has left me as speechless as an autechre concert in Cologne years ago. The guys have pretty much turned my aesthetics upside down since then. Since then I've been trying to learn as max/msp every now and then. Unfortunately I have a love-hate relationship with max, or I don't spend enough time on this project, anyway there is still room for improvement.

Anyway, I'll have a look at your patches in peace. Best

Hey, my pleasure :) Thank you so much!

Unfortunately I have a love-hate relationship with max

i know how you feel(probably everyone who uses it does at some point, perhaps even Autechre :D), but in case it helps just wanted to mention: the 'GO' book has many techniques that can really accelerate understanding, even though i made these patches before reading it, i see now that much of the advanced synthesis that AE and other artists use is described there: https://cycling74.com/books/go

advanced synthesis = randomly stick stuff together until it beeps like h2o and clicks like it was broken.
