I’m having trouble with a Max patch that should run automatically in 64bit mode. I know how to switch the mode from 32bit to 64bit. When I start it manually, it usually opens correct in 64bit mode, but when I put it into the dock and have it automatically opening at startup of the computer, it always starts in 32bit mode. I tried this with 3 different macs and it always behaves like this. For my installation it's essential that max automatically starts in 64bit mode, because it always crashes in 32.

Now I created an app, which starts max after booting up and this way most of the times Max 7 opens in 64bit mode but sometime still in 32 (I don't change the programm setting). So the question: is there a way to have it ALWAYS running in 64? Can I somehow delete the 32bit version?
