When opening my live set loaded with my M4L devices that use mira.frame there is an extra mira.frame that doesn't do anything. When opening max (ouside of Live, like not the max editor in M4L) I get this message in the max window:

Edits to MFL device will be recovered when edited (device is at Macintosh HD:/Users/....HZD/Music/Ableton/User Library/Presets/Audio Effects/Max Audio Effect/Nodes XY input.amxd)

I've tried restarting the computer, changing wifi connection but to no avail.

Check and make sure there are not any other Mira frames hidden in subpatchers or even 2 directly on top of each other in your patcher... I have done this many times...

Sometimes duplicates happen, many times I use the stock Mira.frame help patch to get started, and that brings along the 3 other instances of mira.frame that are already IN the help patch.

In your patch do a Edit Menu>Find for mira.frame and I bet all becomes clear.
