Add (And Name) Locators for a set of midi clips

Hello! My name is Cody and I'm just getting into Ableton after using Logic for live backing tracks for years and years. Im finding the flexibility of the environment quite awesome, however there are a few things that I consider oversights that I would love to be able to fix with Max for Live.

I run tracks at a church every single week, and so I want to make tracks and use them with Ableset for a seamless tracks experience. To make the process of making tracks way faster, I would love to be able to have "presets" for locators that I can set to a macro or a button in a Max for Live program. This is because you can name locators specific ways to interface with the Ableset setlist. The locators are just for song sections, so having locations that are pre-named as ">Verse" ">Chorus" ">Intro" ..etc would be amazing so that I wouldn't have to create, select, rename, and then type in that name every single time for every section of every song.

I can think of two solutions

1) Find a way to create and name a locator from a MIDI track, that way I can have preset MIDI files names ">Chorus" that last for 8 Bars etc, which would make building the arrangement super easy, then using a device to transfer the names and starting positions of all those midi files into locators.

2)Find a way to make a key command to, add a locator at the playhead, select the locator, and rename the locator, where I can then type in a name, or then create custom macros to activate that key command and then type in the corresponding name that I need.

I have seen devices that are able to create locators based on midi clips, but I haven't seen them be able to then name the locator based on the name of the MIDI clip, which would be absolutely game changing!

If anyone has any information on whether or not this is possible, I would love to find out! I'm also willing to commission a device if it doesn't already exist or would take me 8 months to program and learn the interface of Max for Live haha
