ASIO can't work around some sound card.

Hi,
We have a audio project work at Windows, we want process the sound use MAX 7,But we found some Audio Card,Like Creative with KX ASIO diver, Midiplus Studio 2 with ASIO driver...have a "MSP/ASIO:error loading ASIO driver for! " error, these cards's ASIO driver can work with Reaper Cubase... So who known how to fixed it? Some card work fine,like Buck Horn MAX1 ,RME. The ASIO DLL have different version? Thanks!
