authorization window blank

Hi, I am trying to log in with my account, but the authorization window is blank! How to fix that? I'm on MAC OSX 10.4 Mojave.

I'm having the same issue on Max 7.3.6 running macOS 10.14.4

Hi Simon, please contact support@cycling74.com. There were issues with touchbar macbooks using Max 7.3.5 and macOS mojave. It shouldn't be happening with Max 7.3.6. Support is the best pathway to debug this.

Update:

In case it's of use to anyone - the only version of Max 7 which works on the latest Catalina (currently 10.15.7) is 7.3.6

Once I did a clean install of this version of Max I was able to access the sign-in window and authorise.

I am on Catalina 10.15.7 mac pro laptop, and can't get the sign-in screen within Max (help>user account and licenses) working. It's forever blank. I know Catalina has created issues for app permissions, but Max fires up fine, I can see from my security settings on the mac that Max is allowed access to files and folders - ie system permissions for Max don’t appear to be the issue. I have already re-installed Max. I can't make use of an iLok license as they don't allow activations to a computer, just to a dongle, and I don't have a USB-C dongle (if they even exist). I am not taking a big old dock and a dongle with me where I go to work, just to hack my way into Max when I have a license! I just need to sign in, and this blank pop-out screen is making it impossible. ANY help appreciated.
