BPM measuring M4L plugins

Hi,

Are there any M4L plugins that measure BPM from an audio file?

For example: i have band recordings stems. Drum tracks rendered to one full drum stem. Band played on click, 125 BPM. I'm doing some extra sound design in ableton, but the band sometimes played off click, which is completely normal.

Is there a device available for me to put on the drum track, that measures the deviation, that can send that deviated midi to another midi track, so that my arpeggio's and other timed instruments follow the drums?

I looked at the james holden 'group humanizer', but if i'm not mistaken it works in a completely different way, without measuring audio files.
