Cannot recover password
In 2011 I upgraded Max to version 6, and have since then not been able to work with Max. I now can get back into it but cannot find any way to get back into the site as a license holder. I wish to upgrade to version 8 but the site claims my email address is not recognized. Odd since I have several emails from auth@cycling74.com and sales@cycling74.com (dated 2011) showing my authorizations and serial numbers (Max, MSP, Jitter).
To write this post I had to register using another email address. Does anyone know if phone support exists at C74?
