I built a MIDI device with an Arduino chip that is sending MIDI to the computer properly (visible through MIDI Monitor), it contains a button and two potentiometers. I want to use the pots to control just one parameter in two BEAP filters and am having trouble figuring out how to map the control properly. How can I map just the 'Frequency' fader in the 'CLASSROOM FILTER' to the knobs on my device? Can someone point me in the right direction here? Thanks!

I think you should get over to Github and search on the repositories there which provide everything about your project. I would also suggest to get help from Youtube as its always a productive way.
