I've just ripped only the 'delete muted notes' parts of Dennis DeSantis' 'Selection Filter 2' device with the aim of it being triggered by keyboard shortcut in Live. It works but the very first time a project is loaded containing the device (or the device is loaded) the keyboard shortcut has to be pressed two (or more) times before it works, after that it works every time.

I've attached the device, could somebody have a look at it please and advise or even fix it and post it here for me please? (Once it's fixed I'll uploaded it to 

BTW I'm aware Live 12 now has the ability to select muted notes (& everything else from Selection Filter for that matter)  built in but there is no keyboard shortcut available.
