You cannot control the playback speed of [mubu.play~].
Instead, you need to transfer your audio track from your MuBu container to a [buffer~] using [mubu.audiotrack.to.buffer~] and then play that [buffer~] to desired speed with [groove~] or [play~] or other typical MSP way.
