When automating the phase of cycle~, the signal is jittery and pops. I've also tried automating the phase with phasor~ but they both have the same jittery result. I have also tried running the Phase parameter through line~ to further smooth out the automation but nothing changed with this either.

try adding a line~ object to the input. like in the cycle~ helpfile.

Ah, ok thanks I got it now. I took a loot back at the line~ and saw I also had it running through a number~ when I didn't need to. The number~ update rate was at the default 100ms update rate which was causing the stutters.
