I'm not able to run the examples of the ISF package on a Windows 10 running NVIDIA RTX3070 driver 497.29 . The only thing that works is the "Color bars" loading, the ISF files are not even in the packages folder in /Documents. As far as I can tell macos runs perfectly.

ISF Files are saved in "C:/ProgramData/ISF" by default.

I think you need to download and install ISF Editor (auto installs ISF files, way simpler IMO) or download the ISF files then manually create that ISF folder and put the files there.
