jit.dx.grab crashing with blackmagic

I am trying to get Max running on windows and always run into the same problem:

jit.dx.grab crashes as soon as I try to open the helpfile or in any way try to use it.

I am having a Blackmagic Capture Card installed and the latest blackmagic desktop capture driver software installed.

What am I doing wrong?

I tried Win8 and now Win10.
(by the way, what setup is most recommended for Video?
Win7,8 or 10; Max32bit or 64bit?

Thanks. Really appreciate it!

UPDATE

I also tried the jit.grab, but that makes max crash in the moment I type in the name of the object.

I exchanged the "Blackmagic SDI Duo 2" with a "Blackmagic SDI Duo 1" Card and voilá - no problems. Works pretty.

Does anyone have expierence with the Duo2 Card? Would be nice, to get it working.

Hi Mr. L, the most helpful thing for me now is to get a copy of your crash log for. On windows these are located at your_user_folder\AppData\Roaming\Cycling '74\Logs (the appdata folder may be hidden).

easiest thing might be to clear out that folder, run Max triggering the crash, and then send me the file that's generated after the crash.
