iirc, the patches themselves are not available online. I found this confusing when I first started using Max and posted a similar question. Within Max, go to Help -> Max Documentation. Click the home icon (top left). Jitter section --> Tutorials. Select the tutorial from the list.. then click "Open Tutorial" (top right).
