Live API init notification when autowatch=1
I am working in JavaScript. what is the best way to get a callback for live api initialization both when the max device is loaded and when the script is reloaded using autowatch=1? I am trying to avoid a timer because this method is slow and prone to error (i.e. when device load time exceeds length of the timer).
The problems are:
- objects like [live.thisdevice] do not fire when a script is autoloaded with autowatch=1.
- you can't create a LiveAPI object from global code when the max device is loaded with the live set.
- you can't create a LiveAPI object from a timer when the device is loaded with the max set but I'm trying to avoid timers anyway.
Thoughts?
I think you need to make your own init method.
