I have just downloaded Max 8 onto my computer and every time I go to launch the program it will bounce on the dashboard for a minute or so and then pop up with an error saying "max quit unexpectedly" I have reinstalled it countless times and followed the process multiple times from here, https://cycling74.com/support/faq-maxcrash

I have no idea why it is not launching at all. I'm running it on a 2015 macbook pro with the mac0S Mojave (10.14.3), 

I've run Max 7 on my laptop for some time and never had this issue with the software.

I also tried to launch the program through the terminal on the mac. This was the message as it launched and then terminated....

I have also tried early updates of Max 8 and still get the same issue.

Incase anyone else somehow stumbles on this problem, Max 8 does not support 32bit plugins. So on launch it will scan your Plugin folder located in User/Library/Audio/Plugins and if any 32bit plugins are present it will disrupt the launch of the application.

If you do not know which plugins are 32bit you will have to removed the contents of the plugin folder and add them back bit by bit (relaunching max each time) to see which plugins are crashing Max.
