I have a problem when assigning a standard live.button to my usb controller instead of push I get toggle result

whenever I'm sending note or control change.

But when I'm using my pad with open stage control the button is in push mode.

I can't explain myself where the problem is coming from.

I tried several method and button. but nothing is working.
