This is my first post in the forum, so hi everybody! I'm having an issue with ml.markov from ml.star package. It certainly doesn't depend on my patch because it happens with help patches too. From ml.markov, Save and Load, every time I dump the coll to restore the model Max crashes. Anybody else is experiencing this? I already reported the problem, but since I'm stuck any workaround would be much appreciated.

I can report the exact same behaviour. I have narrowed it down to the "initial_prob" message causing the crashes. However, as OP stated, this happens with any initial_prob message in any patch whatsoever - on windows 8, that is. @Nicola did you ever get a reply/fix from anyone?

Yep, looks like it's a Windows problem. On Mac it works fine. Cycling support has forwarded a report to the package author, so I guess the only thing we can do is wait.

Probably you are no longer reading this but.. it is fixed!! Blessed be the developer
