Motion Detection and Blob Tracking not working

I'm trying to use this .amxd called Motion Detection and Blob Tracking by Mario Guida 1.0, and an error message keeps appearing, saying, "cv.jit.mass: unable to load object bundle executable," saying "no suitable image found," and "no matching architecture in universal wrapper." It also has this same problem with the following:
cv.jit.label
" blobs.centroids
" threshold

The essential problem this is causing is that the .amxd will load up on Ableton when I drop it in a MIDI or audio track, the light on my camera will turn on, but then nothing with show on the little box where the image should be. I've tried deleting everything and reinstalling everything, and I've tried running Max in 32-bit mode, but then when I click on the Max editor button, it just says it can't open it because it was expecting 64-bit mode and got 32-bit mode instead.

I absolutely love the concept which this controller implies, but I'm quite frustrated that I can't get it to work.

The file names from those two sites differ by the use of "&" in the filename, but I've seen no difference in their use; they have the same problem.

I'm running Ableton Live 9 on an iMac with El Capitan.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

i would first remove any previous versions of the cv.jit library you have in your file path, and then install the cv.jit library from the package manager. make sure you restart max prior to opening this patch.
