multiple camera views : axes centered
I had a look at the camera.node.mixing.views.maxpat example.
The issue is you can't get a flexible rotating command with it since the axes are not centered on the object.
The question is how do you rotate the object in such situation.

Copy patch and select New From Clipboard in Max.
no idea what you're asking. if you want to rotate the object, then rotate the object. if you want to rotate the camera, then of course the object will no longer be centered in the view. if you want to move the camera around the object and keep the object centered, then enable locklook and adjust the camera's position.
