strange pb with installations of Max on MacBook Pro (16, 2021) M1 with OS 12.1

it's a copy of the system with migration app from an old MacBook Pro (Retina, 15, end 2013) intel with OS 10.14.6

We used Max 8.1.4 and 8.1.8 - copied from old macbook => both versions are working

Now we try to install versions 8.2.0, 8.2.2, 8.3.0, 8.3.1 - but impossible to open!

The same thing on old macbook is ok - all version are opening without the problem....

we make the same thing on windows 10 and all new versions of th Max are opening...

the difference with os where new versions are working is that there are no autorisation.

on the new macbook there is an autorisation for max

is it possible that the autorisation block new versions of max opening?
