PA3 Derailer

    I just downloaded the demo of the PA3 Derailer instrument plugin: http://www.physicalaudio.co.uk/PA3
    It works fine for me in Logic Pro X 10.2.0. But when I try to use it in Max, I'm getting: PA3.component: no format AudioUnit exists.
    I'm running Max 7.3.5 under OS 10.12.6.
    Is there any way I can debug this?

      I guess the more pointed question is: Should I lean on Cycling '74 for a fix? Or Physical Audio?

      it is usually the plug-ins which dont follow specs, but [vst~] can be a beast, too (and it always was) did you already try to to run their free ringmod AU in max?
