removing the inter "I/key-frames" causes pixel distortion in optical-flow like patterns so i think people around here have been going straight for optical-flow shaders instead:

but if there's a patch that does this by removing those frames(finding and deleting those specific frames from the file and resaving the file without them), it'd be a killer find, keep us in the know if you ever come across one.
