PATCHER : Get IP address + Broadcast IP Win+Mac

I am posting my abstraction here as I have been searching around for a universal solution for both operating systems to get the IP address of the machine and could not find one.

The right outlet will send out the broadcast IP if you are trying to transmit to multiple devices in the same network with the same port.
