pfft~ not working when in Ableton

Hi all,

I'm experiencing a strange issue of pfft~ not working in Ableton even though when it is in the edit mode, I can see it perfectly working. I can see the content of pfft~ is loaded up correctly even when it's in Ableton. I added extra outlet for monitoring the amplitude value out of cartopol~ object with snapshot~ via print so I can check if there is any values coming out on Max window. In edit mode, I can see it printing floats that varies but when it's back in Ableton, it constantly spits out 0.00000. I'm not so used to the whole M4L architecture and workflow. Am I missing something really obvious here? I've done all the usual sub patcher management stuff such as consolidating project and adding the main axmd file within the same folder and adding that folder in search path. Anyone has experienced similar issue or knows the way around, please let me know. Any suggestions or input is greatly appreciated.

Max: v8.1.1.
Ableton: V10.1.5
OS: OSX 10.12.6

I found the solution for me: I was not triggering the pfft~ (with a bang for example). So audio + bang should be connected to the left inlet (I was doing time-synced sample freezing).
