Hi, as part of sending HTTP requests I'm trying to prepend post, get, delete, (etc) to my request.

However, when passing "get" into the (set $1) message the patcher stops execution. Every other message gets set fine. I've since switched to using sprintf, but I want to know why "get" doesn't work. Is there a list of reserved keywords or something?

Switch your 'set $1' message box for [prepend set], that seems to work. 'get' is often used in Max, particularly in tandem with Jitter and dicts, and it looks like it may have some meaning for a message box that it doesn't have for [prepend], although I couldn't tell you what it is....
