Recording video with ever increasing RAM use till crashing

I have the ram level on the left side of the screen and layered the patch and the patch video output for the rest of the screen.,, after a few hours ram is at 29 gig I have had the ram going as high as 90 gig before my computer has me force quit Max there’s some mistakes at 29 gig and the projector output to obs froze the patch still works and continues to record the video .., how do I fix this ram problem??
