Max for Live: Fixed issues with parameter focus when switching Live app focus

but this is not fixing a focus Problem in Live 12.0.5 / Max 8.6.3 / WinOS 10.

When the focus is not at the m4l device, instead on another view of Live (like Session, Browser..), and I click a live.menu of the device, the menu pops up to then instantly close again.

Seems like the menu is receiving the click like it should be but the following focus change of Live to the device is causing dismiss of menu popup. I hope this is visible in the sreen recording. It's by the way a very annoying thing which is currently noticeable on a daily basis when working with devices that contain menus.

There's something wrong with the mouse monitoring, tested on Win10 with Max 8.6.2 and 8.6.3. I noticed it with a cellblock's scrollbar with zoom > 100%. Slow movements are ignored when dragging. Later noticed mousestate's polling has the same problem if I move the cursor slow enough.

Canvas glitches on window resizing keep on existing in 8.6.3
