Resizing on external display = jit.world: erase: GL Error: Invalid Framebuffer Operation

Hi there.

I don't understand this fully. I have searched and found some answers, but I was hoping for a solution :) The thing is, I have been able to do this without this issue. I recently upgraded to Big Sur. Could that have something to do with this.

Basically what happens, is, that I start the patch and everything is fine. I can resize the jit.world window. I have my iPad running as a separate display via sidecar and I can move the window to the external display (iPad). But when I resize the window now the rendering stops and I get the message "jit.world: erase: GL Error: Invalid Framebuffer Operation" in the Max console. If I move the window back to the laptop display and resize it, the rendering is up and running again.

As I said, I have previously been using my iPad as a separate display before without any issue.

Anyone?

I've now tried it with a display attached via hdmi. No issues.

Same problem here! I revamped a project because I need to perform it on the 29th... and... yup.. the window gets stuck as soon as I move the iPad, (I am using YAM display
)

if you make the iPad display the "main" one (by dragging the menubar on the iPad display in the arrangement) the problem is "solved"

Good job Stefano.

I have noticed, that it has a dramatic effect on fps rendering when changing which display is the main one. Haven’t tried to change that when using the ipad as second display

pleas let us know if you find some working solution! I'm sending the jit.world content to madmapper using jit.ndi and this I display on the iPad.

I tried it on my partners computer and there is no problem there, so I am wondering if it has to do with the graphic card as she has the same system and software set up as I have. TAAVET What computer are you using? I am on a 8 core late 2019 MacBook 16`` with AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB
