rnbo 1.3.0 / Bookworm / Rpi4 / eternal "sending library" state while exporting...
Hi there,
Raspberry Pi 4 B running the latest imager (bookworm) available here https://rnbo.cycling74.com/resources (which btw doesn't have X server installed apparently, which is not a problem for me but looks weird)
Exporting this patch drives to an eternal "Sending Library" state and it doesn't seem to export the patch.
I did nothing more. Just exporting it, one time. It worked (even with the eternal "Sending Library" state).
I tried to export another rnbo patcher... it didn't the eternal "Sending Library" state again and didn't export it.

I rebooted.
I sudo apt-get update + upgrade.
Rebooted.
Same.
Like if something have been "corrupted".
Re-imaging again.
Updating asap.
Same.
Compiling locally or cloud, same.
This image also doesn't autologin as the previous one
(not a problem, btw, but different and here is the process to make it autologin just in case, for other people:
Run: sudo raspi-config
Choose option: 1 System Options
Choose option: S5 Boot / Auto Login
Choose option: B2 Console Autologin
Select Finish, and reboot the Raspberry Pi.
)
Hi Julien,
Can you ssh over to your pi and share the output from: journalctl -u rnbooscquery
after one of these failures?
Alex,
Forgot to mention, I tested without pisound (without installing pisound stuff & exporting for hw:dummy and others, same) and with pisound (installing pisound from blokas etc and exporting for pisound)

I'm totally unable to export a patch.
Restarting from a fresh image, etc . Same.
Cloud compilation or not.
I don't understand. If I'm the only one... I can kick my rpi :-S
I tried to stop the process. Export again, and no more luck and journal:

If I refresh the web page :3000, I got this:

Just in case, there are entries before the release date in the journal too:

this "type must be a boolean but is a number" piece seems suspicious. can you do 2 more things for me? can you send me a screenshot of your export sidebar, the info that shows the rnbo and runner versions that you see when you export to the pi? Also, can you send me the patch that you're trying to export?
For anyone else watching this thread, the bug in 1.3.0 is with the "Migrate Presets" option, for the time being you have to have that checked to export to the pi, I'll fix that in 1.3.1

It works here, as wrote in my mail answer.
