I have two toggles that I'm using as triggers, each with a delay of 75ms once a 1 is received that turns the toggle back off. I now need to be able to determine when both toggles send a 1 within this window of 75 ms (depending on which toggle turns on 1st) without sending a single 1 value from the timing differences between the two. I essentially need three separate outputs: toggle 1 ON while toggle 2 OFF, toggle 1 OFF while toggle 2 ON, and both toggles ON. Any thoughts?
