Unable to deauthorize previous computers and authorize a new computer
Hi guys,
From my understanding, Max is available to authorize 3 computers at most. If I need to authorize my 4th computer, I have to sign out and deauthorize from my previous authorized computers. I tried the steps above when I was setting up my new computer, however, it seems unsuccessful as Max keeps telling me I reached my authorization limit (attached screencap below), and I need to log in every time when I open Max on my new computer.
I wonder if it is possible to remove all my previous authorization history and let myself re-authorize the computers manually, but I could not find this function in Cycling74. I desperately would like to seek advice. Have been a years-long user of Maxmsp, and I need it in my daily practice. I just can't have the authorization stuck at this moment. Please let me know if there is any way to reauthorize all my computers.

you can not deauthorize old machines.
if your 4 authorisations are gone, you have to write to @support and explain why you need more. then you can get another set of 4 licenses, but afaik you need a new email adress for that process. you can still use the old account for the forums.
i am not sure what happens to the count when a chargable upgrade happens, maybe the count is reset with new versions(?)
just get in touch with support and they will sort you out.

Didn't there used to be a way to transfer a license to a different computer in your account settings?
