so about three years ago i found someone on this forum to write a custom m4l device for me:

sadly, it stopped working after the new Live 12 update, and i can't get a hold of the person who originally made it for me, Patrick_K.

So - is there anybody willing to have a look at this for me?

The devices input lists are still beeing populated according to my hardware, but when i "Add" a track, nothing happens.

and @11olsen, you seem to know patrick - we had pretty good correspondence when he was originally developing the device, but now he wouldn't even reply to any of my emails. also it seems like he stopped being active on this forum shortly after i first had contact with him. at this point i really just hope he is okay and nothing bad happened..

I don't know him in person but I did chat with him for a while via discord pms. But even there he answered sometimes to then disapear for weeks before writing back again. I'm working on a device for Ilias that Patrik started to create for him which is kind of similar to your device. We both tried to reach him now since weeks to no avail. I hope he's OK,too. But if you look at his communication in the past, I think it's just another phase of silence from him.
