wacom object
i created a patch controlled by my old wacom tablet about a decade ago. The old wacom object stopped working some time ago. Does anyone know if it was updated and where it might be available.
Wacom in Max is a long story.
I'm using an intruos 3 since years with Max.
You should really forget about an object to do that in Max.
This is the same problem for most controlers like the kinect, the leapmotion and so on.
Max has no native object ... if someone makes an external you will lose your capabilities for the next Max upgrade.
About the wacom have a look at OSCulator. This is the way. it cost 20$ but works in demo mode for 20 mn :)
However Camille is the author of it and he's great and maintains its software since years, worth it.
