Console not updating / no output
Hello,
I have to say, I'm new to max so there is a high possibility, that I am doing something wrong ;) I have no console output of status messages. even simple print message are not showing up.
I have performed the following tasks to solve the problem:
- searched in the max settings for an option to disable/enable console output, but can't find one.
- checked, if there is any filter/search criteria applied to the console-window (there is none)
- the option "show only error messages" in the concole window is disabled/off
- the option "message for this patcher only" is disabled/off
- restarted live/max a couple of times
- created a new/fresh patch
- resetted max by deleting "AppData\Roaming\Cycling '74"-folder
- downloaded and installed the current version 8.1 from this page.

Ok, this I little bit embarassing right now, because I made such an effort to solve the "problem" just to find out, that I was using message instead of print, lol :D
at least I learned a couple of other things during my analysis, so it wasn't a complete waste of time...
