Trying to understand poly~with midi and adsr...

Hi!

Fairly new Max user here, mostly learning from books and online, lots of great resources but getting really stuck with the poly~ object. Was trying to build a polyphonic sampler that can play sampled notes from a midi keyboard with polyphony, trying to make something like the Structure free sampler in Pro tools. Had to go back to the absolute basics again so built a very simple poly synth with triangle, cycle and adsr inside the poly. Already running into issues, stuck notes, clicks, adsr not working, no attack time etc etc. I must be missing something quite basic...
