UI Colors in Mira ([defer] doesn't solve the problem)

Hi everyone,

over the last couple of years there have been posts every now and then about UI colors not updating in Mira when they change in Max.

To list a few..

For some or in some instances adding [defer] seems to do the trick, but not always.
Here is a simple example:

Max Patch
Copy patch and select New From Clipboard in Max.

The color simply doesn't change on my iPad when I click the message boxes.
Only changing their colors manually in the inspector and the color selector works.
Am I missing something? Can some one please tell me whether this is a known bug? Has anyone found more reliable work arounds?

PS: On twitter and youtube it has been suggested that there was an update of the Mira app to version 1.3, but the most current version available in the App Store is a 1.2 version.
