I'm currently developing plug ins, under rnbo, then convert in c++ etc. 

Everything when well in stereo. Had a lots of fun pacthing. But comes the time to dig multichannel VST / AAX.

The good way to do it (correct me if not), is to create a polyphony patch, and place the processing in this rnbo polyphony.

this way, one rnbo export as polyphony 16 convert a wide range situation. 9.1.6 format and under. 

BUT : some processing are common to all 16 layers, for example, a specific sin wav that trigger signals in all 16 channels. To avoid processing 16 times this sin wav, and preserve efficient plug ins, I need to have common processing a level upper.

So my patch is done like this : Max / rnbo~ / PolyProcess @polyphony 16 / 

I assume everything inside polyphony is activated on demand by the daw (with inport format)

then processing1 is the heart of the processing, the more futur complex part, and here is the bug :

This is very aukward, and really hard to dev complex and organise patch without this.

knowing that : If the first patch is named : rnbo~ @polyphony 16

i can have as level of subpatchs as want, but I do not have the common patch, and everything is duplicated 16 times for 9.1.6 format. Makes heavy plug in.

I have attached a screen shot of all of that, and the patch. If anyone have a clue....

At first I thought I was hitting some size limit but the failure occurs even with a single buffer with a wav 1.33MB in size.

Is there any way to get more detailed logging from the build cloud?

RNBO vst3 export fails with Package Sample Dependencies

Similar to a previous thread: I was unable to do RNBO work because max suddenly refused to edit, create or open RNBO.

The console error was "Could not connect to RNBO buildserver" and several other errors including "Unable to get gRPC URI and WebSocket port from codegen server". After a day of frustration investigating network, firewalls, packet captures etc, I tried repair and reinstall, which didn't fix the issue. 

Then I deleted (Username)/AppData/Roaming/Cycling '74

This fixed the problem (so far!).  As detailed earlier by NUMB_CHANNELS in the thread

I hadn't had any crashes or issues or software updates, so I don't know how anything got corrupted in the Cycling '74 files. 

I hope this will help others who run into the issue.

I'm currently porting some of my patches to the web to make my own website.

I had an implementation of an Attari Punk Console in max laying around, so I ported it to RNBO. It works as intended, but then I added the Overdrive and Reverb from the guitar pedals package, as a little plus to make fun sounds.

But no matter what I try, the reverb module blows off when I change either Size, Decay or Diff params. Here is the exported patch online (yes, I used Claude AI for the interface) : 

Do you know what could cause this ? It sounds like a feedback issue but can't find one, plus I literaly just copied paste from guitar pedals patch, and de-encapsulated so all params are at top RNBO patcher level.

I have 3 [param] objects each with a range of 0-100 with different values for the @steps attribute:

After compiling this as a VST, using the JUCE UI I'm only able to dial in values that are integers. I would expect step sizes of 0.5 for @steps 201 and 0.25 for @steps 401. Curiously this is possible using the default Plugin UI of the host:

Tested in Reaper and Bitwig. It's the same for [param] and [param~]. Looks like a Bug to me, but what confuses me is, that when e.g. I use @steps 151, then I do get floating point values in the JUCE UI.

I'm trying to make a real-time phase vocoder in RNBO like the ones in 

. I'm not out of the woods yet, but I want to share what I have so far and get all the feedback I can.

The first example patch from the tutorial 

 ports with some modifications to compensate for RNBO's lack of framedelta~ and frameaccum~, pictured below:

Note that this is a crude workaround. While it can resynthesize the original signal as cleanly as the tutorial patches, it produces unexpected pitch/formant/phase artifacts when timestretched even a little bit , and these artifacts are notably stronger than those in the tutorial.  I assume they stem from my framedelta~ and frameaccum~ workarounds. I tinkered with this patch for a while to no avail and eventually decided to try the same thing without polar coordinates.
