Max 9.0.3 doesn't start on windows11  23H2

I had the same thing when i upgraded to 9.03 the first time - I did a clean uninstall and reinstall and it worked second time around. 

I tried the same method as DADDYMAX but it didn't work.

Apparently if you install max9 on a new PC that has never installed and authorized max8, it doesn't start up properly. Maybe...

I have extracted max 9 ~ 9.0.3  installer using msiexec on several

only dll files need to be moved to root max folder.

Opposite to official installing process which depend on uninstall ... install

But problems you encounter may have to do with system itself,

security ... network access ...  I don't know what

since RNBO and Node.js got involved ,  max want's network access
