Sound(wav.file) is not working now in the MAX8 environment.

In other apps (youtube, etc.) on Windows, the sound works fine.

However, Max8 does not produce sound.

Many times there is no sound at all, sometimes the sound is delayed by a few minutes, and sometimes the sound is choppy.

I have tried the following, but have not found a solution to my problem.

・Restart Windows before starting Max8.

・Stop all apps except Max8.

・Stop Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

・Audio should be set to global mode (Audio light: blue, not red).

・Set Windows speaker to exclusive mode.

The patch is as follows.

I would like to get your advice on this, if possible.

Thank you very much for your quick reply.

I'm sorry it is difficult to understand just by explaining the photo.

DSP is the symbol in the upper right corner of the picture below (above Driver)?

When I run the system, I turn on the DSP.

When this mark was turned on, it glowed orange or light blue.

I don’t know directsound driver.

I'm assuming that the directsound driver run automatically in Windows.

Do I need to manipulate it to make it work?

I apologise for the delay in responding to you.
Thanks to your advice, the sound is now working.
I appreciate you helping me.

The sound is working, but a different problem has arisen.
The sound is not clean, like a clatter.

I would like to get your advice on this, if possible.

I am not sure if I can give you a good advice.

But you could try to check realtek sound

preferences , and maybe try to use ASIO4all

driver for max.

I use it on windows for built-in sound cards

and it works much better than mme or

directsound max drivers
